STAR-FAB Especially for GLS, ZINCALUME, GRP Tank Installation, installation & commissioning of mechancial equipements for water & steel plants, etc.

STAR-FAB gained more than 5 years’ experience in Installation & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant, Compressed Air Piping, and Fabrication of Skid & Modification of Containers.

Work requirement
I: The centre point and a reference point should be marked clearly before the start of the installation.
II: The surface of the foundation rebate should be levelled, with a tolerance of +/- 5mm.

INSTALLATION OF GRP WATER TANKS

To install a grp water tank, the construction of concrete bar foundation should be done first. The outlet pipe and drain pipe should be closed after the assembly is completed, and the inlet pipe should be opened. No leakage can be qualified after 24 hours.
